What makes a good pitch

Tell us the central idea, why it suits Creative Food Culture and what a reader will come away understanding. A strong pitch has a clear scope, a distinctive angle and enough context to show how it will treat people and food traditions thoughtfully.

A useful shape

Propose one article rather than a broad list of subjects. Note the likely format, the main points you would cover and any sources or permissions the piece may require. We welcome reported, explanatory and reflective proposals; publication is not guaranteed.
